Casey joines the ATF from the IT Helpdesk of Western Kentucky University. In addition to helping needy, incompetent WKU students, faculty and staff, Casey also manages the student Helpdesk staff. As if that weren't enough, he's also the "voice" of the Helpdesk - the cheeful, automated answering service that instructs you to push buttons but can never actually solve your problems. One lady caller described the voice as "Slow, but sexy." Colby concurs.

When he's not showing professors how to turn on their computers, Casey likes video games, role-playing games, his wife, and an occasional round of disc golf. He's also an internet-ordained voodoo priestess - or at least a minister - and presided over the unholy union of Lindsey and Colby Westerfield.
